Dr. Siegfied Lifshitz,former international correspondent of the German Labor and Socialish press will address the Mid-Bronx Forum at 8:30 tonight on “Hitlerism,Menace of Humanity,”The Elsmere Hall,170th Street and Morris Avenue,Bronx.
Another speaker at tonight’s forum is Martin Plettl,president of the International Federation of Clothing Workers, general secretary of the German Clothing Worker’s Union,and leader of the German Social Democratic Party. He will speak in German.
