Dr. Phineas H. Churgin, principal of the Hebrew Teachers??? Institute, will address a memorian meeting this afternoon at Yeshiva College, held in honor of A braham W. Perlberg, Hebrew writer and pedagogue, who died January 6.
Other speakers are to include Dr. Jechiel Kaplan, Abraham Soyer, Morris Benathen and Miss Rose Diamond. Isidor Margolis will preside.
