Naphtall Lewis, a City College graduate, was awarded a fellowship in the American Academy in Rome, it was announced yesterday Lewis will receive $1,250 for each of two years and an allowance of $300 for transportation expenses to and from Rome. He is now studying at the Sorbonne.
