Latvia Moves to Oust Nazis from Gov’t Jobs

The Latvian parliament yesterday adopted a resolution to remove all adherents of the Latvian Nazi group from posts in the state and municipal governments.

The Latvian Nazis, who because of the close proximity of Latvia to Germany have grown rapidly, have aroused the fear of the Latvian nationalists, who fear that Germany plans to absorb the little Baltic countries.
