Samuel Untermyer, president of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League, yesterday radioed Ezekiel Rabinowitz in charge of the League’s activities announcing that he is willing to take part in the Dickstein investigation of American Nazis.

Untermyer also expressed the opinion that developments would demand the recall of German Ambassador Dr. Hans Luther.

The message, sent from the Grace liner. Santa Rosa, which is now off the west coast of Central America proceding to New York from Los Angeles, reads as follows:

“Congratulate Representative Dickstein for me. There is abundant evidence available. I am willing to participate in the investigation. If thorough, it will startle the country, demonstrating that there are over whelming under-cover seditious activities violating our neutrality and demanding the recall of the German ambassador. The situation now is similar to that which existed in 1917.”
