LONDON (Apr. 1)
Appreciations of Otto H. Kahn, American financier and philanthropist who died Thursday, filled many columns in the London pres yesterday. He was praised for his generosity, his patronage of the arts and his friendship for England.
The Daily Express, quoting Mr. Kahn’s statement that he had been born a Jew, lived as a Jew and would die a Jew, remarked that this vow had been fulfilled.
