H. Hiram Weisberg, general chairman of last year’s joint Syracuse campaign for the relief of German Jewry, head of the Onondaga Auto Supply Company, bank director and civil worker, was elected president of the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce at the annual meeting of the board of directors.
