Lee Blum has accepted the chairmanship of the United Jewish Appeal here to be held soon. Associated with him are Rabbi Joseph Leiser, David Slusky, Abe Pomeranz, Nathan Jolles, Sam Goldberg and I. H. Cohen. The goal will be $1,500.
