Rabbi Stephen S. Wise made the principal address to the graduating class of the Radford State Teachers College at the commencement exercises last night.
Yesterday he addressed the graduating class at Roanoke College, Salem, and last week he made several addresses to schools and business clubs in Bluefield.
Roanoke College conferred upon him the degree of doctor of letters. The Raonoke Times hailed him in an editorial.
