Women to Attend Young Israel Rally

For the first time in the history of a Young Israel convention, women will be allowed to participate, when the annual parley of the group gets under way at Atlantic City during the week-end of June 22. The women will represent their separately organized units, created recently.

Plans for enlargement of educational and religious activities of the organization will be discussed, including a program for the organization of a kashruth system in this country.

Report from a representative of Young Israel in Palestine, where two branches are flourishing in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, will be read to the assembled delegates of all important Jewish communities of the United States. Ways of bringing about closer ties between young Israel and the Holy Land will be discussed.

The convention will be held at the Breakers.
