REICH YOUTH COURAGEOUS

An account of conditions among Jewish youth in Germany is contained in a letter received here by officers of the United Jewish Appeal from Miss Pauline Baerwald, youthful American girl leader, who is chairman of the Junior Division of the American joint Distribution Committee, who visited Germany to see for herself the status of the Jews under Hitler.

The most striking thing she noticed in Germany is the courage with which German-Jewish youth are facing the complete change in their lives which is compelled by the anti-Semitism of the Hitler regime, Miss Baer Wald reported to the Appeal.
