Louis Lipsky, chairman of the American Palestine Campaign, explained yesterday there had been a misunderstanding in reports of the speech he had delivered Sunday before the Order Sons of Zion Convention, in which reference was made to a substantial contribution by Albert D. Lasker to a refugee aid corporation being planned by High Commissioner McDonald.

Mr. Lipsky declared that he did not mention in his speech any specific contribution made or to be made by Mr. Lasker.
