Herman Weiss, 65, former attorney and assemblyman of the eighth district, was buried yesterday in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Born in Hungary, Weiss came to United States when he was 14. He graduated from the College of the City of New York. He was a member of the Masons and the Elks, and a former president of Einigkeits Lodge, I.O.B.A.
He is survived by a widow, a daughter, Regina, and two sons, Morton and Irving.
