With the time-honored substitution of circuses for bread, the Nazi party in Germany, according to the Trans-Atlantic Information Service, is preparing for its coming convention in Nuremberg by constructing a new thirteen-million-mark railroad station, enlarging the exercising grounds, and improving the convention grounds.
