Dr. Otto Klemperer, exiled German conductor who is now in Vienna and was guest conductor with the San Francisco orchestra, will be arrested if he ever enters Germany again, it was officially announced today.

The official pretext for this threat is that he failed to pay a 4,550 mark tax assessed against him.
