Directors of the National Council of the Federation of Welfare Funds, meeting here, have launched plans for a regional conference of the Council to be held in Cincinnati October 13 and 14. The regional conference will include all Jewish Welfare Funds and related groups throughout Ohio, and also will include Detroit, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Louisville and other Middle Western cities. A program committee will be appointed to prepare a suitable schedule of topics and events.
