Nazis Relax ‘aryan’ Clause in Theatre

Download PDF for this date

The Reich theatrical chamber, Nazi corporation embracing all theatrical workers, today relaxed the working of the “Aryan paragraph” by exempting from its clauses all Jewish soldiers who fought at the front during the World War, and their children.

Under the new ruling, “non-Aryans” within this category will be able to join the theatrical chamber, which is essential if workers are to obtain employment in Nazi Germany as “non-Aryan” producers, actors and theatrical agents.
