Edward M. Baker of this city will head the East Central States Conference of Jewish Leaders, which will be held on October 13 and 14 at Columbus, Ohio, for the purpose of discussing common problems facing American Jewry, and evolving effective methods of stimulating and unifying Jewish life everywhere.
