German History Course to Be Given by Rabbi

Twelve courses will be given during the Fall Term of the School of the Jewish Woman which holds classes at Temple Ansche Chesed, West End avenue at 100th street. Registration is now being held daily from 3 p. m. to 7 p. m. Courses are being given in all grades of Hebrew, Jewish history, Bible, Jewish customs and ceremonies and Talmud. Classes are open to all women and girls and credit is given under the alertness credit course for school teachers.

Rabbi Isidore S. Meyer is the instructor in a course of timely interest, a history of the Jews of Germany. Dr. Trude Weiss Rosmarin, director of the school, gives a survey course of the Bible which will cover selections from the English Bible, discussion of recent archaeological findings and their bearing on Biblical history.
