Representative Samuel Dickstein, chairman of the Congressional Committee on Immigration, addressed a luncheon gathering under the auspices of HIAS, the association for aiding Jewish Immigrants, at the Parker House here. Harris Poorvu, president of Boston HIAS, presided.

Alexander Brin, editor and publisher and a member of the HIAS executive board, and Miss Mary Ward, commissioner of immigration at the port of Boston, also spoke.
