$3,000 Left to Help Activities of A.J.C.

A bequest in the amount of $3,000 to support the program of the American Jewish Congress has been left by the late Mrs. Augusta Murphy of Los Angeles, Calif., it was announced yesterday by the American Jewish Congress.

The bequest is to be transmitted to Dr. Stephen S. Wise, honorary president of the American Jewish Congress, according to the terms of the will, and is to be used to promote the activities of the organization in its defense of the rights of the Jews.
