Edward Meltzer, the new president of the Mount Vernon Assembly of Jewish Youth, officiated as the group’s head for the first time at a meeting yesterday in the Mt. Vernon Y. M. H. A. The other officers elected are: Anita Ress, vice-president; Ralph Farb, treasurer; Laura Stern, recording secretary and Estelle Levine, corresponding secretary.
