“There should be no Arab-Jewish question in Palestine—if the British cooperate,” writes Dr. Frederick B. Robinson, president of the College of the City of New York, in an article entitled “More Light on Arab-Jewish Relations,” which appears in the Pro-Palestine Herald.
“There is ample room and opportunity for millions of Jews in Palestine without encroaching upon the Arabs’ rights and with a resulting prosperity that would lift the Arabs out of their miserable existence.”
Clarence E. Bulkley, in another article in the same issue, urges clarification of the political atmosphere in the Holy Land through faithful British execution of the stipulations of the Mandate. Colonel Josiah Wedgwood and Dr. Will H. Houghton, president of the Moody Bible Institute, Chicago, are other contributors.
