A Jewish National Fund council for Washington Heights, consisting of seven Zionist and Jewish organizations of the vicinity, was established by the Washington Heights Masada.
Milton F. Taylor was appointed director of the council’s J. N. F. Flag Day drive. He expressed determination of the council to reach every Jew in Washington Heights.
