Three Jewish fraternities head the newly compiled Columbia University list in average scholastic excellence, Associate Dean Nicholas McD. McKnight announced yesterday. They are Tau Epsilon Phi, which ranks first for the third consecutive year, Zeta Beta Tau and Beta Sigma Rho.
