Dr. Stephen S. Wise will formally instal Rabbi Abraham Dubin as spiritual leader of Congregation Gates of Prayer, Flushing, on Friday night. Guests will include Rev. Dr. Thomas Mac-Kenzie, Rabbi Max Meyer and Rabbi Joshua L. Goldberg.
