Waverly avenue, which recently became Fuld avenue, in honor of the late Felix Fuld, Jewish merchant and philanthropist, will revert to its original name, the City Commission decided today.
In place of this, the junction of Market and Washington streets will be named Fuld square.
A delegation of business men complained that the change of names had caused great confusion and urged the restoration of the original name.
