Chief Rabbi Rubenstein of Wilno yesterday received a letter from the peasants of the village of Kobilniki, threatening him with the “the fate of Beilis” if he “fails to return a Christian boy who vanished recently.” It is thought the boy was kidnaped.

Kobilniki peasants accuse the Jews of having kidnaped the boy and killed him for ritual purposes.
