The achievements of Polish Jews who fought for the independence of that country will be recorded in a book to be published soon under the auspices of the Federation of Jewish War Veterans, it was announced here. The book will be entitled “Polish Jewry—1906-1921—In the Liberation of the Fatherland.”

This will be the first book of its kind in the history of Polish Jewry. It will record the participation of the Jews in the insurrection of 1905, and in the various organizations created during the World War to achieve the freedom of Poland, in the Polish Legion and in the Polish Army.
