Frank Bilsky will be installed as commander of Manhattan Post No. 1, Jewish War Veterans of the United States, at ceremonies next Saturday evening at Schleifer’s Fashion Center Restaurant, 141 West Thirty-eighth street.
Other officers-elect who will be inducted are Bruno Frankel, senior vice-commander; Sol Goldstein, junior vice-commander; Sam Frankel, chaplain; David Feltz, officer of the day, and Lieutenant Colonel Cohen, post surgeon.
