APPEAL TO WORLD
Pointing out that the situation is especially complicated because of the Winter season, the Association appeals to the world for urgent relief and suggests that funds be sent to the headquarters of the committee in Paris, 158 Rue de la Convention.
“We appeal to the hearts of the population, who will not permit that more than 100,000 people shall undergo the same cruel torture which took place at the time in the Rhineland and the Palestine after the evacuation of the French troops of occupation,” the appeal concludes.
