A movement for adult Jewish education will be launched here by leading organizations at a conference February 17 at Beth El school, at which Dr. Leo Honor, director of the College of Jewish Studies and of the Board of Jewish Education of Chicago, will speak.
Joseph G. Daneman has been reelected for the fifth time president of the Jewish Center. Other officers include Mrs. Simon Kander, Eugene H. Mahler, Edward H. Meldman and Richard R. Loebel. George M. Peizer also was reelected executive director.
