The Executive of the World Revisionist Union issued a statement here today charging that the immigration department of the Jewish Agency and the Palestine Offices in various countries are systematically violating provisions of the agreement between the Revisionists and the Executive which restored the rights of Revisionists to receive immigration certificates for Palestine.

“In some countries,” the statement says, “the Palestine offices have not received any notification from the Executive to restore the Revisionists in their rights for Palestine immigration certificates. Representatives of the Revisionists are not admitted in those countries to the meetings of the Palestine offices and therefore have no way of defending their rights.

“In Poland,” the statement complains, “Revisionist representatives are not admitted to the meetings of the Palestine offices on the pretext that they took part in a demonstration against the Warsaw Palestine Office some months ago. The presiding board of the Palestine Office in Warsaw includes representatives of all Zionist parties except the Revisionists.”

The statement of the Revisionist Executive also protests that the Immigration Department of the Jewish Agency sent telegraphic instructions to the most important Palestine Offices in Europe to the effect that he Revisionists be given the certificates due them, not in one lot but in monthly installments.
