Prince Hubertus von Loewenstein addressed the Chicago Council of Foreign Relations luncheon on the subject of present day Germany. Nazi sympathizers, including Dr. Rolf Jaeger, German Consul in Chicago, protested in vain to the Council that Loewenstein should not be permitted to address them.
