The first issue of the Youngstown Jewish Times, a new monthly publication published by the David Alter Publishing Company, has made its appearance here. F. J. Seligman is managing director. The editorial board comprises three local rabbis: Dr. I. E. Philo of Rodef Sholem Temple; Rabbi Kalmon Manello of Temple Emanu-El and Rabbi Nathan Kollin of Congregation Anshe Emeth.
