The exact date and place of the World Jewish Congress, which is to be convoked this Summer in Europe, will be decided upon at a special meeting of the executive committee of the World Jewish Congress which will open here February 23, it was announced today.
The meeting will last two days. It will be devoted to the problem of organizing the elections.
