The Court of Appeals yesterday rejected an appeal to permit reopening of the Agro-Yid Organization, established for the purpose of stimulating emigration of Polish Jews to the Jewish autonomous district of Biro-Bidjan in Soviet Russia and recently closed down by the Polish authorities.

Following the decision of the Court of Appeals, the leaders of the Agro-Yid Organization announced that they will appeal directly to the Minister of Interior.
