A lengthy report on the political situation in Danzig and on the growth of the anti-Semitic terror there was submitted today to the Secretariat of the League of Nations by Sean Lester, the League’s High Commissioner for the Free State of Danzig.

The report was immediately communicated to the members of the Council of the League of Nations. Its contents will be kept secret until the May session of the Council.

It is believed here that the future of the Danzig Jews will be decidedly affected by the contemplated change in the Danzig constitution.

Foreign observers in Geneva are surprised at the passive attitude taken by Poland with regard to Nazi activities in Danzig, which affect the Polish population of Danzig.

It is pointed out here that the Nazi movement in Danzig has reached a point where it infringes upon the rights of the Polish citizens of Danzig, which are secured by the statutes, the constitution and the Polish-Danzig agreement.
