All kosher butchers and poultry dealers in Greater New York who have not yet registered under the Retail Kosher Meat Trade Code must register and pay their assessments by next Tuesday night, Charles Cohen, executive chairman of the Code Authority, announced yesterday at the Authority’s office, 1501 Broadway.
Mr. Cohen declared that the Code Authority will institute immediate proceedings against members of the trade who have not registered by that time.
