since the Laborites demanded that the maintenance of discipline in the Zionist Organization must be put as the first condition to the Revisionists as the basis for further negotiations.

Leading members of the Actions Committee today declared that there is little hope for reaching an agreement with the Revisionists. It was rumored today that the Actions Committee may be compelled to continue its sessions until next Monday since most of the sub-committees are not yet ready with their reports.

The finance committee discussed today the budget of the Zionist Executive and decided to request an increase from the Palestine government in the appropriation for Jewish education.
