The Jewish party of Czechoslovakia will unite on a joint ticket with the Czechoslovakian Social Democratic party in the next parliamentary elections, it was decided today at a conference of the Jewish party.

The decision was adopted by a vote of 35 to 9. The coalition ticket was decided upon after the Social Democratic party had agreed to place two Jewish candidates on its list, definitely guaranteeing their election.

Dr. Emil Margulies, president of the Jewish party; opposed the coalition. He resigned in protest against the vote of the conference.
