An “Aryan” father is not entitled to the custody of his son if the mother is Jewish, the Hamburg court ruled today.

The ruling was handed down in the case of an “Aryan” father who had divorced his Jewish wife and sued for the custody of his son. The court ruled that “it is not in the interests of the State nor of the boy to be considered a member of the father’s family” and rejected the father’s request for custody of the son.
