A law prohibiting the dissemination of racial propaganda in Brazil was adopted here by the Chamber of Deputies, providing for a sentence of up to three years’ imprisonment for inciting one part of the population against another.

The law, which is actually an anti-Nazi law, prohibits the wearing of uniforms and any propaganda which aims to stir racial hatred.
