The Jewish population of Danzig is watching with great interest the growing animosity between the Polish and the German inhabitants of the Polish Corridor, where anti-German outbreaks have taken place during the last few days.

It was reported here today that about 100 German shops were wrecked and the windows of many houses smashed. The Jews in the Polish Corridor are in sympathy with the Polish side but refrain from participating in the anti-German attacks. Most of the German population in this district is Nazi.
