Anti-Semitic riots broke out last night in the National Theatre in Czernowitz, resulting in the abrupt termination of the performance of a musical comedy.

The riots started when anti-Semitic students discovered that the conductor of the orchestra is a Jew.

Police took immediate precautions to prevent the disturbance from spreading outside the theatre. None of the anti-Semitic students who caused the disturbances were arrested.

Youth Day in the synagogue will be observed throughout Brooklyn tomorrow as part of the program mapped out for Brooklyn Youth Week.
