The eyes of Jews and Nazis in Switzerland were focused today on Berne, where the court will issue its verdict Saturday on the notorious “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” which the Jews contend is a forgery while the Nazis claim it is an authentic document that proves the Jews seek to dominate the world.
According to the testimony of the impartial expert appointed by the court, Dr. C. A. Loosli, concluded this afternoon, the “Protocols” are a definite forgery first used by Czarist Russia for anti-Jewish incitement and now used by the Nazis for anti-Jewish propaganda throughout the world.

In concluding his expert analysis today, Dr. Loosli gave the following answers to the questions by the court:
1. The so-called “Protocols” are forged and not genuine either in form or content.
2. The “Protocols” constitute plagiarism, whose main source are the work of the French authors
