A Jewish worker was slightly injured today in an attack by Arab workers on Jewish laborers near the village Elksan. Several of the Arabs involved in the attack were arrested.

A united Jewish labor front for the purpose of preventing the employment of Arab labor in Jewish enterprises, was organized here to day at a conference called by the National Labor Organization, the Revisionist Federation of Labor.

Despite the differences between the Revisionists and the Histadruth, the conference was attended by representatives of the Histadruth in Jerusalem, by delegates from the Mizrachi Laborites and by representatives of the Poale Agudath Israel, the extreme orthodox Laborites.

The establishment of a bank with a capital of $250,000, for the purpose of helping Jewish laborers to build their own homes in the rural districts of Palestine, was announced here today.
