Dr. Filderman points out that there cannot be any question of an overcrowding of the professions in Rumania, for there cannot be sufficient doctors while the infant ###tality is as high as sixty per cent. Dr. Filderman emphasizes that there are only 296 students of veterinary medicine at a time when enormous numbers of cattle—one of the most important items of export in Rumania—are ### of various ailments.
