Manuel P. Ostrow, at present superintendent of the Home for Aged of Rhode Island, at Providence, has been appointed head of the B’nai B’rith Home at Memphis, Tenn., it was announced today. Mr. Ostrow has been in social work for many years. He was formerly in charge of the Foster Home for Hebrew Orphans at Philadelphia.
