The University of Cincinnati will confer on Rabbi Barnett R. Brickner of the Euclid Avenue Temple of Cleveland, the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the Social Sciences. Rabbi Brickner is the President of the Cleveland Bureau of Jewish Education and a leader in Zionist circles.
